We strive for transparency and excellence in all our services. Our refund policy is designed to address situations where our service does not meet the agreed-upon standards or commitments. We encourage clients to utilize our free revision policy as a primary step to resolve any dissatisfaction before requesting a refund.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Failure to Meet Deadline:

    • If Dissertation Time fails to deliver the completed document by the agreed-upon deadline.

    • This condition applies provided the client has supplied all necessary information, materials, and timely feedback required for the completion of the order.

    • The refund amount will be determined based on the extent of the delay and the impact on the client.

  2. Compromised Quality:

    • If the delivered academic document is deemed to be of compromised quality and does not meet the specified instructions, academic standards, or the quality level promised.

    • All quality claims will be thoroughly reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Evidence supporting the claim (e.g., specific examples of poor quality, deviation from instructions) must be provided by the client.

  3. Plagiarism Detected:

    • If the content in the delivered document is found to contain verifiable plagiarism (excluding properly cited and referenced material, or content directly provided by the client for inclusion).

    • A plagiarism report from a reputable detection service may be required as evidence. Dissertation Time maintains a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarism in original content.

  4. Unsatisfactory Revisions or Revision Delays:

    • If requested revisions are not delivered within the agreed timeframe.

    • If, after multiple attempts at revision (as per our revision policy), the client remains genuinely discontented with the supplied document, and the issues are directly attributable to our service. We strongly advise clients to first exhaust the free revision offer.

  5. Unresponsive Customer Support:

    • If our customer care department fails to respond to a client’s query or concern for a period exceeding 24 hours from the initial contact, preventing the resolution of a critical issue related to the order.

Refund Request Process

  1. Initiating a Claim: Refund claims must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the final document delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

  2. Required Information: When submitting a refund request, you must clearly specify the reasons for your dissatisfaction and provide any supporting evidence. You should also indicate whether you are requesting a fractional or total refund. If not specified, the decision regarding the refund amount will be at our sole discretion.

  3. Quality Verification: All refund claims based on quality will be reviewed by our dedicated Quality Assurance Department. This department holds the authority to approve or reject your claim based on the evidence provided and our internal quality assessment.

  4. Refund Processing: If your refund request is approved, the repayment will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.

  5. Refund Amount: Please note that the refund amount will typically be 90% of the purchased document’s price. The remaining 10% covers administrative, transaction, and processing charges incurred during the order placement and initial service allocation.

Important Considerations

  • All work provided by Dissertation Time is intended for research and reference purposes only and should be used as a guide for your own original academic work.

  • No refunds will be issued if the client’s dissatisfaction stems from a change in personal opinion or requirements not originally communicated in the order instructions.

  • Client cooperation in providing clear instructions, necessary materials, and timely feedback is crucial for successful order completion. Delays or issues arising from a lack of client cooperation may affect refund eligibility.
