Carelessness in checking email: Every client is given the benefit of contacting the writer, therefore, the client is required to respond promptly to the mails sent by the writer. If a refund is requested due to late submission, the time-frame calculated will include the period delayed due to the client’s unresponsive attitude.
Content materials: For customised content, the client must provide additional resources for the writer to make use of. The content will be delivered late if the resources provide are inaccessible.
